3. User Account and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You shall not impersonate others, misrepresent facts, or use the Platform for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• The Platform may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

4. Role of GetLawyer.me

• GetLawyer.me acts solely as a facilitator between Users and Professionals.
• We do not guarantee the outcome, quality, or satisfaction of any professional engagement.
• We are not responsible for any advice, act, omission, or representation made by Professionals.
• The User–Professional relationship is direct and independent; GetLawyer.me shall have no liability for disputes or claims arising from such engagement.

5. Fees and Payment

• Any fees displayed are determined by the respective Professional or the Platform's subscription model.
• GetLawyer.me may charge service, facilitation, or platform fees for maintenance and operations.
• Refunds, if any, are governed by the applicable policy and the terms of engagement between User and Professional.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and technology on GetLawyer.me are owned by or licensed to the Platform. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• GetLawyer.me shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform or reliance on information provided.
• The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid (if any) by the User to the Platform in the preceding three months.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetLawyer.me, its founders, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• Your misuse of the Platform;
• Violation of these Terms; or
• Any dispute between You and a Professional.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
